Consortium
The consortium of six EU countries consists of five highly experienced research organisations in the energy systems area, two utilities that manage and operate the transmission system and the distribution system in Croatia, and two industry partners that specialise in the development of advanced ICT solutions and SCADA systems.

Innovation Centre Nikola Tesla (ICENT) is a non‐profit institution founded by the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing. It contributes to ATTEST with expertise in distribution systems.
LUXEMBOURG INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) is a mission-driven Research and Technology Organization (RTO) that develops advanced technologies and delivers innovative products and services to industry and society. It contributes to ATTEST with expertise in transmission/distribution grids.
UNIVERSIDAD PONTIFICIA COMILLAS
Comillas Pontifical University is a non-profit private institution for higher education based in Madrid. In this project, Comillas will be represented by its institute for Research on Technology (IIT) and contributes with expertise in asset management strategy.

Softlab is an Italian ICT consulting company that combines relevant market knowledge with vertical expertise on business and regulatory processes and with technological innovation as an enabling factor. To this project, it brings experience in providing ICT solutions for energy systems.

HEP-Operator distribucijskog sustava d.o.o. (abbreviation: HEPODS) is an electricity distribution system operator in the Republic of Croatia. It contributes to ATTEST with experience and knowledge of network planning, operation and asset management. It also provides a demo site.
HRVATSKI OPERATOR PRIJENOSNOG SUSTAVA DOO
HOPS d.o.o. is the sole electricity transmission system operator in the Republic of Croatia and the owner of the entire Croatian transmission network. It contributes to ATTEST with experience and knowledge of network planning, operation and asset management. It also provides a demo site.
KONCAR – INZENJERING ZA ENERGETIKUI TRANSPORT DD
KONČAR-Power Plant and Electric Traction Engineering Inc. (KONČAR-KET) designs and constructs complex electric plants and installations for power generation, transmission and distribution. It contributes to ATTEST with expertise in developing innovative solutions for the industry of power systems.
